As a children’s toy store, I can’t believe how unfriendly and not welcoming the staff was. I walked in today with my 8 year old and as we looked around, we saw they had a Pokémon Card table in the back. The little sign said something along the lines of “take what you need, leave what you need” like some type of card exchange program, but a large cardboard also said “Do Not Touch”. He has a large box of duplicates which we were already unable to sell/trade at the Exchange, so we got excited this could be a great avenue to do more trading. When he asked a gentleman behind the counter what the cards were for, he replied shortly “they’re only for specific events” and would not elaborate. He then went back to his screen. I tried to get my kid to go back and ask him more questions to build his confidence & social skills, but he was scared off. I then approached him asking for more information on the cards, and his reply was “it’s not free, it’s not for sale. It’s trainer cards for beginners to build up their deck.” He was very reluctant to provide any additional information on exactly what this program was, after a few more questions he was clearly annoyed. My gripe is mainly b/c if this is some “community event” they host, when a community member asks about it, shouldn’t you be more welcoming? Especially to an 8 year old child.?! Clearly we were not welcome to attend this event b/c he would not even share when or what time it happens. Don’t subject your kids and family to this type of atmosphere and skip this toy store next time you’re walking around Forbes Ave. The folks at Exchange & Games Unlimited are super welcoming and friendly to children.

Probably the single most over priced store I've ever been to. For example, a small cheap plastic dinosaurs that anywhere else would cost you $2.00 is $10 here! Other plastic models are even worse! You can't walk out of here with a dinosaur, even a smaller one, without spending $30! The same applies to every item in the store. I've added a photo of one I got with the receipt and a quarter for scale (this figure is also a bootleg btw). If you like your money then stay away from this place. There are better options online or even just down the road.

Despite lower reviews, our eight-year-old daughter LOVED this game store. Toys of all kinds are packed inside from stuffed animals to coloring books to science kits. In the front is a shelf for you to leave drinks and food to help keep the store clean. Prices range from low to expensive depending on what you want.

Small store packed with lots of toys and gifts to choose from. Good options for all age ranges and reasonably priced for most items. They have a variety of toys, board games, trading card games, dice, legos, anime figures, nerdy decor, gemstones, keychains, stuffed animals and more. The staff were nice and helpful. There is no parking lot so you have to park on the street or park nearby and walk.

Really cute toys and gifts for all ages. They have pokemon , gemstones, dolls, stuffed animals, plastic figures, board games, Legos. Etc. There is something for all ages. The staff were helpful, and there was a large selection of things to choose from. The price point was also reasonable. Would come back again.
