We dropped by this store during our road trip through WA as one of my kids (teen) enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering. The staff were friendly and patient, which I appreciated. There were also a vareity of other items for sale such as stickers, which my youngest picked up. There's also ample parking outside. We would definitely recommend this store and would not hesitate returning if we're back in the area.

I recently purchased several games and other merchandise from this store. I returned some of the games I had bought within 7 days of their due date to the best condition they had originally sold. I followed all the guidelines they had made and asked for a return. But the owner of this store says I abused the policy. So, I asked why did you put on the receipt stated that returns were accepted any reason within seven days, but they were unable to offer any rebuttal. What they told me one thing is they initially claimed this policy was intended to foster better customer relations, this effectively amounted to an admission that they had been lying from the start. Such conduct borders on fraud; they essentially confessed to a tactic of luring customers in with a friendly demeanor only to change their attitude later. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This is the first time a store has ever blamed customers for the abuse. Almost all customers will read and follow the policy on the receipts and what's written in front of the store. Where can customers learn the policy? There is only this way. Before they tell me that I have abused the policy, they should know that they are lying and not following the policy they made. They have no right to say that I have abused the policy. And they are lying again, They say they have accept returned almost all of the games, but I have a lot of games supplies and toys at my house that have not been returned from this store. Additionally, They say I interrupted them But I never interuptted their talking. I've heard their reasons and explanations. They just said the same thing over and over again and I talked them the point what I had to say. And Isn't it rude to suddenly tell someone not to shop in the store without ever having politely asked me about it before? Beneath They are really scary.

This store is amazing. I brought my 13 year old in one time just to window shop and have been back so many times. My kid started collecting MLP cards and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the cards. My boyfriend and kid have traded in some stuff for store credit and we’re always happy with what they’re willing to give us. I’ve bought a few games myself and they’re always in good condition. Cant wait for their new location to open up and see what they do with all the new space!

If you're nerd side loves retro gaming, film and video this little hole in the wall game store is for you. The owner is super cool, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I show up someone is playing some kind of game at their tables and someone is looking through the VHS tapes for sale. My fiance always has to play at least one of the available video games loaded up be it Duck Hunt with the gun, Asteroids with the old rotary controller, or Pong with the stick and button. They have pretty much everything you need to play just about whatever you want minus a few rare things and games

This store is legit one of the best card shops in the area. Single prices are always spot on and if you ever exchange for cash or store credit they will give you reasonable offers. Every employee that I've interacted with has always gone above and beyond to help find cards or answer any questions. You can tell they truly care about the community and hobby!
