Honestly they don't deserve one star. I don't recommend anyone to go here not worth the drive and money. The minute you open the door you're greeted with a foul smell. I kindly asked a worker if I can look at the Pokémon bulk that is behind the counter. He immediately pointed at the bulk that was available for customers to see. When looking through the bulk come to find out it was mostly One Piece cards. BTW the bulk was messy and nasty to look at. When asking again if I can see the Pokémon bulk that was behind them, the worker immediately got annoyed and again pointed at the bulk that was behind me. When talking to this worker he had some sort of anime persona trying to act "kawaii" which is a big turn off for a customer in my opinion. Please don't waste your time and money. Thankfully I didn't spent money on this raggedy place. There's so many Pokémon stores in Houston with much better customers service. Strictly Broken TCG DO BETTER!!! Count your days!!!

Cool enough shop. I picked up a $12.00 single card and left. Not paying much attention. Then I see I was charged $17.00 for the card. Seems like an odd practice to charge several dollars over the sticker price. So make sure you pay attention when going on this shop. They got me, don’t let them get you.

I brought a friend of mine to this hidden location because last time I was able to add cards to a collection of mine. The first time I visited, the gentleman brought out cards that are in small and long cardboard boxes behind the counter on the main shelf. These are where the card packs, ETBs, and POS terminals are located on the left side when you walk in the entrance. I was able to look through the cards and buy a couple of them and leave happy as a clam. However, the 2nd time I came, a younger gentleman with dark hair and glasses, I asked him if I could see the cards again so I can buy a couple as well as some card packs and etc....[ I had money to burn and wanted to buy a decent amount.] He then tells me, "I'm sorry but that's our overstock and we don't pull it out so customers can look through them." All I could think was...*Last time it was no issue, the guy even helped me look through it to find cards* ?¿? Does this young hermit tactless seller with no social skills who doesn't even know how to customarily greet a customer upon coming in know that he just lost a really good sale??? I looked at him thinking *Just pitiful* and said calmly, "You know what, I will just take my business elsewhere and buy somewhere else, so thank you." I told my friend come on let's go and as he was walking towards me, the young seller says, "I can help you if you..." I cut him off and said "No thank you, I won't be coming back or reccomend this place to anyone." I would advise you to hire people who want to sell, that have exceptional customer service skills, that are willing to go above and beyond for your customers, and aren't your friends from online gaming! If you ever want to grow as a business you need strive for excellence and quality.

I came in hoping to browse bulk pokemon card bins, but was told they don’t allow customers to browse bulk cards. The employee who helped me was short and came off as rude/impatient, repeatedly asking if I was looking for a specific card even after I explained I just wanted to browse. We decided to at least look at the display cards to make the trip worthwhile. My boyfriend asked if they sell based on market price, and the employee said yes. However, when my boyfriend selected a card that was clearly priced at $2 on the employee’s phone, the employee then tried to charge $4... Also, the store had a very noticeable unpleasant odor.

Bought cards from thus Vendor at BCS Houston 2025, and they had a great selection or Cards at really good prices. Finally got to finish my Minerva deck thanks to Chris and Trenton that are very knowledgeable about Cardfight Vanguard. I'll be sure to go back when I'm in Houston
