If I could offer a 0 star review then I would. I spent thousands of pounds at this store to receive a variety of pokèmon cards and booster boxes. I had received my parcel but this is where I had learned that my package was incomplete. The item missing was purchased for 2.5k, I have tried to contact steel city for them to issue replacements for what hasn't been sent or has gone missing in shipment. If they couldnt do that then I have requested an alternative refund option but steel city has ignored all communication or have shown no willingness to rectify the error. I recommend anyone who is planning on purchasing from this company to steer clear to avoid throwing money into an empty pit. Will not be using ever again.

Was in Pittsburgh to catch the Reds game last week, stopped in to see the store. I travel all over the country visiting local shops as much as I can. I was immediately impressed with how much inventory they had. They had a great selection of cards, supplies, and a very impressive selection of autographs and memorabilia. I took some time to explore the store, the gentleman working behind the counter was very knowledgeable and engaging with myself and other customers. We had very good small talk about him doing business in the part of Ohio where I am from. He just made the visit very enjoyable and a pleasant and positive experience. I plan on returning as soon as I can. I picked up a few items, some autographed jerseys, and photos. I felt the prices were very reasonable and fair for the items I was purchasing. Look forward to a return trip. Great business, great people, great customer service, overall best shop I visited while in Pittsburgh hands down.
