Sports Treasures is an absolute gem and a must-visit if you're anywhere near Knoxville. From the moment we walked in, Ryan was already talking with everyone in the shop and making everyone feel welcome, while Dustin was hard at work going through inventory. It was clear right away that this is more than just a card shop; it's a place where collectors come together. We stopped in right before closing and let them know exactly what players and teams we collect. Instead of rushing us because it was the end of the day, they immediately jumped into action, pulling cards, showing us inventory, and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. One of the best parts of the visit was simply spending time there. We had great conversations with fellow collectors and even met other bin hunters while watching Ryan and Dustin interact with everyone who came through the door. Their passion for the hobby and customer service really stood out. If you're traveling through Tennessee or live in the Knoxville area, Sports Treasures deserves to be on your list. Outstanding inventory, incredible customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay and talk cards long after you've finished shopping. We'll definitely be back!

I stopped by while visiting the area after seeing the shop featured on a YouTube channel. As a collector, I wanted to browse the selection and hopefully add something to my personal collection. The shop has a large inventory of sports cards and sealed products, which is definitely its biggest strength. However, I found the organization to be challenging. The single-card boxes were sorted only by sport, with no organization by team or player. If you're looking for a specific card, you could easily spend hours digging through boxes. Organizing them by team would make browsing much more enjoyable. The employee did ask if I needed any help, but after that, the staff mostly stayed at a table opening packs. Customer service was okay, but nothing really stood out. I also noticed that many of the singles were priced at or above current market value, and the sealed booster boxes and other products were well above MSRP. Overall, it's worth stopping in if you're curious or enjoy searching through a large inventory, but based on my experience, it would likely be a one-time visit for me.

This place is a throwback to card shops from the 1990s. If you are building a vintage set... this place is a great place to start. You don't find commons from the 1960s in this quality and quantity anymore.

I would recommend Sports treasures to anyone that wants to buy or sell cards and memorabilia. They also buy and sell Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon cards. The staff are fair with pricing and they are well mannered. I will be going back very soon.

Very disappointed . Came into sell a large amount of cards . First bad sign was hearing them discuss "rock ,papaer, scissors " as to who would look over my lot . Tried to chat with them and they were not very interested in my business and after a 50$ offer, I Politely declined and left to never return . It's sad so few stores in town so trying to sell is limited . Very disappointed in wasting time on my day off to get a not fair offer. Pass on em they value what they have but dont values the same work put into a private collections ,borderline insulting after putting 20 years into collecting these.
