Spokane Valley Sports and Trading Cards

Would not recommend selling cards here. After calling the store and seeing multiple advertisements stating they buy cards at 70% of comp value, I brought in a card to sell. I was asked how much I wanted for it, and after less than 30 seconds I was told there had been a sale at that price and they wouldn’t be able to do it. There was no further discussion or effort to explain their evaluation. After leaving, I looked up the sale he referenced and found it was an eBay auction that sold for roughly $65 less than other recent sales and the established market value. Using a single low auction result as the basis for an offer felt misleading, especially when advertising purchases at 70% of comp. At the same time, there are cards in the display case with price tags that are several months old and listed well above current market value. It seems the store is quick to reference the lowest possible comp when buying but not when pricing cards for sale. If you’re looking to sell cards, be prepared for a low offer and a less-than-welcoming experience.

Great place and close to my work. They have a great selection and very fair prices. I bought a 2025 Chrome Platinum Hobby box and could have been happier with how many numbered cards and an on card numbered auto. Will be my main stop from now on for singles and hobby boxes.

This is the best card shop. Ever. They always have a great selection of singles and sealed product for Sports Cards and various TCGs like Pokemon, One Piece, Magic and others. All the employees are respectful and accommodating. The prices are fair and the store is always organized. They buy singles and offer card grading prep along with submission. If you are new to trading cards or are new to the area, this is the first place you should visit in the Spokane area. Love this store!

I can’t say enough great things about this card shop. The staff is fantastic, the selection is great, and the service has been consistently top-notch. Every shipment I’ve received has arrived quickly and in perfect condition, usually within a day or two. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the hobby—whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been collecting for years.

I would definitely not allow them to send in your cards to PSA for grading. My parents sent in 40 vintage mostly 1st Edition Pokémon cards, and they wouldn't show them the PSA offers or order number to verify legitimacy. No offers on the Shadowless Charizard, two 10s and many 9s, which is curious as I have been grading and selling cards for a while now. When I called and asked them to verify the offers, (instead of the email typed by them) they became irate and said I was harassing them. They refused and made up excuses. I believe they were intercepting PSAs offers and would have attempted to buy them for themselves. My parents are now banned from the store because of my calls and attempting to clarify the situation. Luckily we all will never set foot in there again! Submit the orders yourself! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
