South Hill Games

South Hill mall opened in 1998 and then was expanded in 1992 with over 100 stores available. I do enjoy vibes of small shopping malls. It’s not too crowded and super busy. This mall has several stores to name a few: -Barnes & Noble - Golden Corral -Hot Topic -H&M -JCPenney -Gyro Twist -Kay Jewelers -Round1 Bowling & Arcade -Target -Old Navy -Bath and Body -Zumiez -Regal Theaters -Children -Pandora -Dick’s Sporting Goods -Children’s play center -Rivers Cafe and so much more! There’s a food court and movie theater. Operation hours are from 10am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday 11am-6pm. Although I rarely shop at the mall. I pay a visit about once every 3-5 months and when I do, I enjoy walking around and splurge 🛍️ a little bit.

I like that they have random places throughout the mall where you can sit on a comfy seat and charge your phone

If I could leave no stars I would. Drove to South Hill Mall to make purchases and the customer service was DEPLORABLE! South Hill Mall H&M Management is condescending & unprofessional. I went in to purchase items that were on sale and available to pick up in my local store. When we went to check out they informed us their prices are different from online and will not honor it. When I presented the website, showed the price & availability to pick it up, she insisted it was a COMMON error in the website and regardless would not honor it. I called corp and filed a complaint and was told she could and should have honored the price after explaining the policy and apologizing for the confusion. I called the store, spoke to the same manager (Elani..sp?) explained what I was told by customer service and her reply, “I’m glad you got the information you wanted, but I still not honoring it.” I asked for he bosses name (Angela) and when I couod reach her. Apparently, she doesn’t know when her boss works and I’m welcome to call back until I get Lucky enough to catch her. Worst experience and I won’t be spending a penny of my money there again. Shame, because it was one of my son’s favorite stores.

South Hill Mall in Puyallup is a fantastic place to shop, dine, and spend time with family or friends. Beautiful mall! Especially during the holidays! I love the colorful decorations of the Christmas trees and how they tower to the ceilings. It really puts you in a festive mood. The food court is cozy but spacious to move around without feeling crowded. There are an abundance of stores to explore and shop for hours. Overall, this mall is great for walking around to take in the surrounding sites and enjoying a bite to eat or favorite drink.
