SJ Cards

I came into this card shop knowing just a little bit about Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! besides liking them as a kid, but Liv made the entire experience amazing. She took the time to explain the different Pokémon cards, showed me what I could potentially pull from each pack, and helped me decide which ones to buy. She was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to experience the card openings with me and my group of friends, which made everything that much more fun. I ended up buying a couple of packs and pulled one really great card along with a few other good ones. Honestly, a big reason I chose those packs was because of Liv’s recommendations. She was just as excited as we were every time we opened something good, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys helping people get into the hobby and sharing in the excitement with them. Even though I came in knowing very little, I left with a much greater appreciation for both Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, and that’s all thanks to Liv. Her customer service was beyond top-tier. She was one of the friendliest, most welcoming, and most genuine people I’ve met in any store. She made the entire experience so enjoyable that I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Houston, and I’ll absolutely be looking for Liv. She completely exceeded my expectations and is a huge reason I’ll be recommending this card shop to other people.

Another hidden gem! Worth the drive for collectibles or building your Pokemon deck. Really appreciate and adore the help I always get if needed when I’m there. They go above and beyond to help you for what you’re looking for especially if you’re sifting for quite some time with the bulk they offer! Also really appreciate their comfy couch hehe Shoutout to: Madi Pam (the girlies are the best💕) Kris Jon Jorge & Kevin! They also have Vault X binders and deck boxes if needed! Thank you so much always yall🫶🏼🫶🏼

This establishment is such a staple within our Richmond community. From hosting variety of TCG tournaments to buying and selling. The staff is really nice, and very helpful. You can be sure to trust your local TCG shop at SJs. All staff members are awesome to work with, and it’s a place to stop by on your day off or after work. Thanks Jon for always lightening the days I’ve been there!

I want to thank everyone at this location that gave the excitement to my daughters for Pokémon as much as I had when I was a kid. One of my daughters opened her first pack and got a huge pull in which they kindly gave her a sleeve and a top loader to protect it and confirmed to her that it was an amazing pull. They then gave her a binder, so she can start her collection. Thank you to those at SJ Cards for giving my daughter a rememberable first time experience. We will be coming back for her Pokémon adventure.

Loved this place. One of the best card shops in the Richmond/ pecan grove area. Prices are amazing, friendly staff, and a really cool environment. 10/10!!
