One of the staff members seemed kinda stand-offish when we were asking their trading process. Made me not want to trade anymore. Didn’t seem like they wanted our business when we tried to talk to them about specific cards under the glass display. Also they advertise Mystery Slabs outside their door but we were informed they no longer do that when we asked. Plus their pricing for plushies was ridiculous. A small Fidough Pokemon plushie had the price tag of $60… I just bought a very larger Fidough plushie from the Pokemon Center online for the same price. All their plushies are super expensive, definitely can get better quality and bigger sizes online. The vibes overall- not great. Don’t recommend. Instead, I recommend Cloud Collectives in Garland. Much friendlier.

A great place to find amazing artwork, That is actually created by one of the managers, Unlike A lot of the fake images that you can find at other places .. The owner was super helpful and helping me get everything I needed the managers and all the staff were super nice. I’ll definitely go back again.

AMAZING experience here. Came to the shopping center and happened upon this store. The artwork is INCREDIBLE - we bought 5 pieces and they’re even shipping them to us since they didn’t have the plexiglass available - customer service was above and beyond. We yapped about anime for like 15 minutes. Highly, highly, highly recommend - we’ll be repeat customers for sure!

Amazing place, they have a great selection of Pokemon, Magic, and Funko Pops. Also had a great experience trading in my pokemon cards, employees were super helpful and fair. Highly recommend checking out if you are a collector or fan.

The staff is Always super helpful. Not only do they have a great video gaming area, but an awesome assortment of different TCG products as well. This place has a great atmosphere. The walls are lined with tons of cool art on the walls, which any of it you can purchase, 3d printed poke' balls, which look amazing. Will visit again! And you should too.
