Shuffle and Cut Games

I have honestly had mixed experiences with this shop’s customer service, but this past weekend my daughter and I had a great one. The guy who helped us (didn’t get his name, and sadly the shop wouldn’t provide it when I called to compliment him) went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 8 and was excited to buy something with her own money. He was super sweet to her, very helpful, and made her feel like a real customer and it had her glowing all day. This dude made her day. So for him, five stars.

This is the best LGS I’ve ever been to. Amazing board game selection and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Special shout out to Zac. I brought in “bulk MTG” to turn in for store credit and after looking at my cards he helped me realize they were way more valuable. That shows a great deal of character and that they value customer experience over profits at all costs.

I was recommended to come check this store out from a Best Buy employee but this was not a pleasant experience for us. I came with my husband since he is just getting into collecting Pokemon cards and potentially trading. All of this is all new to us so we obviously felt a bit lost and out of place. We wanted to get a feel of the different locations within driving distance of us and the customer service here is lacking. No eye contact. There was not a “Hello, welcome in. Please let us know if you have any questions.” Etc. My husband asked for the price of the “Perfect order ETB” to compare from the other stores we’ve been to, the individual didn’t even look to confirm up at us or the product to confirm what he was referring to and priced it at $200. It doesn’t take much man power or time for to look up the retail price if I were to purchase it elsewhere. We ended up driving to another place to get my husband’s fix on ripping some booster bundle packs to complete this Perfect Order set. I hope this feedback can be taken positively and future customers could get a better experience. The place looked clean overall and so many other items to look through.

This place is absolutely massive and has a huge play area and inventory selection. They have stuff from all genres of TTRPG and card games. I was absolutely impressed walking into this place

Everything you could love about your LGS with a clean modern presentation. Ample play space, well lit retail space and drinks and snacks to boot. The store has spent years building a dedicated and welcoming community that plays almost any game you can think of. Be sure to check their calendar to see what kind of events are running or simply stop on by and pull up a chair. Fast friends and a good time are sure to be found everytime you visit.
