ShopPopFlorida Collectibles + Games + Tcg + More

Have 3 outstanding preorders - 1 from April of this year and 2 from August 2021 that have not been fulfilled. I have not heard from support since August and cannot reach resolution. It appears ShopPopOnline dissolved their business in September of this year, according to Florida public business records. Be wary of this company. They were reliable in the past, but no longer seem to be in business.

Shoppop used to be a legit company to order from, but at some point this place turned into an absolute scam. It's honestly a shame. There are hundreds of people waiting on orders they'll never get from what I've seen between posts on Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Reddit and the BBB. This company will never respond to any kind of communication at all. If you've ordered anything with them recently, just file a charge back with your CC company because you'll never see the product. I have several orders that I've been waiting on for almost 2 years now, which I've not received. And, I've not been able to get an email response for well over 6 months now. Thanks for stealing my money, Shopop. Appreciate you.

I also placed two orders last year. Did not receive any product. The phone number just rings. I initially received a few email responses months ago but they stopped answering. Fortunately I have the email communication and order receipt. Despite my order totaling about 50 bucks I’ve retained an attorney and will be pursuing legal action. People like this deserve to be held accountable. If you’ve also been wronged by this company I’d urge you to do the same. Expect a summons soon scumbags!

Buyer Beware: you'll buy something expecting fair prices and fair order turnaround. Reality: this business does not care at all. What they do care about is money, zero communication and wasting your time. Similar to other reviewers, they will take your money and won't take the time to respond to any communication with you. In fact their phone number doesn't even work. You'll email as if you're talking to yourself. You'll wait months and months hoping for a response or action. Eventually you will want your money back but now you've exhausted your bank's window to help you. SPO (ShopPopOnline) will happily take your money and send no product. On the off chance they send "product" it will be incomplete and you'll have no recourse. They run their farce of a "business" without communication and care to customers. If you want that headache, this business is for you.

This place is awesome! The staff is super cool and friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and gave me a quick tour of the whole shop. Clean, wide open spaces and a good lighting make this shop look much better than some other places I've been. Major bonus points for having a large selection of everything from FunkoPop to Star Wars to Pokemon/Yugioh cards and collectible statues and figures, all at actual MSRP! Plus they have weekly TCG tournaments and are putting together a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. This is my new favorite collectibles shop, and once you visit it will be your new favorite too.
