Seven Out Cards & Collectibles

Since I work in DEKALB I found this store about a year ago. This store has it all! Wrestling to Baseball and everything in-between. Prices are fair. Always seem to have something for me!

Walked in, 3 employees, 2 busy and one not in the middle of helping anyone. Not a single acknowledgement of the existence of the doorbell that goes off the second you walk in the door, no hello, no welcome, nothing. If you can't greet customers when they enter your shop I will go to one that does. Edit: there was no employee who said hello. There was one employee (I assume the responder) who was directly to the left on a computer as you walk in. There was someone behind a counter to the right which could have been a customer but seeing as they were behind the counter I assumed it was an employee. The third (or second) employee was the one with two customers. They did not say hello. They absolutely DID say to have a good day. They also didn't ask if I would like help or even make any acknowledgement to the Nintendo 3ds consoles I was carrying in my arms. There was not a word said besides have a good day. So absolutely not false. Instead of trying to demonize your potential customers, why as a business would you not simply apologize and say that you will learn from your mistake? I will admit fault if he truly said welcome but I somehow didn't hear him. The actual complaint wouldn't have even mattered had your employees said anything like, hey anything you are interested in? Any questions or anything you need, just let one of us know, etc. I can guarantee that there was nothing of the sort backed by video in reference to that.

Has a good sized inventory of sports and Pokémon cards. Lots of card accessories and a helpful staff. Sealed Pokémon prices tend to be on the higher end of market unless its a release week for that set. Singles are always priced fairly. Wish they were open more often and offered a bit more on trades, but you dont have to sell them your cards. Overall a very solid card shop and the best one in this area.

This shop was great. I was only in there for about 10 minutes because I didnt have much time. The selection though was plentiful. I had my eye on a few things Ill be going back to get. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I was on the hunt for Pokémon for my nephew and had just about run out of luck entirely. Then I found Seven Out. They had just what I was looking for and some. It was a little out of my way, but I will be making the trip back very soon.

This is a really nice card shop, With tons of inventory. The people here are really nice and friendly and very helpful, They were extremely fair on some stuff I was selling, And I would recommend them to anybody. All in all was a very nice experience.
