Sci-fi City Inc #201

Absolutely amazing store. Everything seemed to be priced fair. Huge selection and everything was at or below msrp. They had a really impressive selection of board games. Recommend dropping in if you are in knoxville

When your employees ignore customers that are willing to spend money, they end up spending less. Here's another issue: When your employees comment on how they hate having "kids" in the store. People wonder why tabletop gaming is falling out of popularity with the younger crowd... this is why. Stop being nasty about the younger crowd and be more inclusive to help them find a safe space and encourage critical thinking skills.

I stopped coming here over 6 years ago because the costumer service was absolutely terrible. I'm glad I decided to give this place another chance! The last two visit I had were wonderful. I forgot the man's name, but he answered all of my questions perfectly. I have some what of a unique taste in comics and I walked out of there with much more than I expected. As a socially challenged person, I appreciated the kindness and effort he took to help me find exactly what I've been looking for.

Sci-fi city has a very friendly staff. There's a lot of options for comic books and even children books. They encourage a thriving TT RPG scene with plenty of tables in space for people to meet up and play. One of the best nerd Havens in North Knoxville.

Friendly staff. Great product selection. Nice environment. A bit of a pain if traffic is heavy, but that's not the shops fault. They actually had the edge of the empire reprints and dice that I was looking for. Plus lots of shatterpoint and legion models. Hundreds of other rpg books as well. Some of the prices were a bit higher than I could find online, but to pick it up instantly and support a local business, I'd say it was well worth it. Owner is always willing to answer questions, and the shop is way bigger than it appears from outside.
