Rozaypoke is the best Pokemon store around! The store is welcoming, clean, and decorated wonderfully. The owner and the staff are kind, helpful, and professional. They are always willing to help out and/or just let us look at the cards. They have a great selection of products that are fairly priced. Have gone to several of their release events and have found them to be organized with plenty of product available. Highly recommend you check out Rozaypoke!

Please be careful if you do sell cards here and do your research about the value of your cards beforehand. I saw how good the ratings were so I decided to give it a shot. I was behind a guy selling a ton of vintage cards and as a result was waiting for quite some time as all 3 employees priced out his cards and honestly acted like I wasn't there. I didn't get a "hello, what's up, we'll be right with you" nothing like that, so I was just watching his interaction for about 20 minutes. The guy actually had some rare cards and all of them looked to be in pretty good shape. He ended up getting an offer of $900 for everything (a HUGE stack of vintage). He asked what he was getting for a few of his better cards and when they broke it down, I was disappointed. They offered $150 for a Gengar Prime. That's literally 30% of what the card was worth.. sales consistently hovering around $400-500 (sometimes more) and even HP/DMG go for around $300.. so even if it happened to be damaged (it wasn't), 50% on a card of that caliber is insane. A few of the other prices that I heard seemed pretty low as well for what they were, he had a bunch of Yuka Mori Ditto's, other prime cards and just other really solid vintage. I wanted to speak up but didn't want to be confrontational. The guy ended up accepting but I did hear him say multiple times that he just didn't have time to price things out and actually sell them himself as he was in the middle of moving. Anyways, after he left I asked to see the 2 cards that I was interested in. They were priced fairly for the condition and I had a ton of time to do research while I was standing there. I had brought in cards to trade towards something. I had priced out all of my cards very realistically for value using PriceCharting. I know how to price things and have sold cards online for years and after watching that interaction I was just curious on what they'd offer.. They wanted 3 of my cards that were easily valued to be around $200-$250 and they give me $5 on top and I'd get the 2 cards that were priced at $80 and $30. I asked about one card in particular, and what he valued it at and he was being generous with $90 (he'd pay $45) and that it honestly is probably less and that I was just wrong. I attached a screenshot of some comps I was basing it off and a bunch of listings for the card.. I declined and just bought the cards in cash and left. I went to a card show the next day and got multiple vendors opinions / offers on that card, they all agreed that saying that they'd value it well over $90 and that my original valuation of it was absolutely accurate. I mentioned what had happened and they said that they had heard other horror stories about RozayPoke and they are notorious for doing that to people who just don't know any better. I'm sorry but less than 50% of value on Pokémon in 2026 is just crazy to me. I'm aware shops have overhead and that not everyone is going to be like these vendors paying 80-90% at card shows. I'm also aware of multiple other card shops in the Cleveland area will be more fair than that.

RozayPoke is a clean and welcoming Pokémon card store. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and respectful. Every Wednesday they hold battle nights. Walking in is beautiful store is like walking into any Pokémon collector's dream. They have a huge variety of cards that are well priced, and if your looking for packs they've got the most recent sets. Looking for a place that also sells binders and sleeves RozayPoke has got you covered. Over all RozayPoke is an amazing place to go if your looking for cards and new people to meet. Great job RozayPoke, keep it up.
