Rocket City Toys

Came in and purchased some marvel booster boxes from their website. I thought it was an amazing deal and a little too good to be true. Ends up being a mistake on their part on the website listing. The resolution was I given after wasting over an hour of my time and gas is we can you 10% off a $155 booster box that you can buy for $120 online. Pretty big mistake on their website listing. I've spent over $400 with them at some point. Not sure if I'll be back at this point. I understand letting a booster box go for $5 isn't reasonable but I did pay for booster boxes according to their website and description.

Images of the store are so misleading and when we finally went there in person it was a stark contrast to what was shown in the images. The actual store was cramped, had next to no selection. Multiple items were absurdly overpriced for what they were. EX... the fake LA boo boos for $40. Just go to target.

Nothing like seeing your kids excitement on Easter morning for their dumplings only to find out theyre FAKE! I purposely didnt buy any from 5 below bc I thought I had lucked up. Ridiculous! Not to mention ALL were white and not even a color.

Lovely store. I popped in for the first time and was impressed with their selection. Each section was distinctly well-organized. The owners were kind and welcoming to me, as well as other customers. Would highly reccomend others to visit if you need a gift for someone...or if you want to buy something for yourself!

I am a frequent customer of Rocket City Toys. The environment of the store has always felt pleasant. The owner and employees have been so kind and accommodating, willing to help with anything within reason. I have always received a "welcome" and a positive attitude with every visit. I will continue to shop here for these reasons and more. I do highly recommend.
