Ripz Collectible Card Shop is one of Benicia’s newest businesses helping bring new energy to First Street, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite destination for collectors and gamers alike. Whether you’re into Pokémon, sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, or other trading card games, Ripz has something for everyone. What really makes the shop stand out, though, is its welcoming atmosphere. Kayla, Nathan, and Josh are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help, whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out. Ripz is much more than a card shop. They offer free video game play, host Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering nights, and regularly organize community events. So far they’ve hosted free Beyblade tournaments, Super Smash Bros. competitions, and even a scavenger hunt—with many more events already in the works. Need a snack while you’re there? They’ve got you covered with trendy ice creams, chips, drinks, and other treats. One of my favorite perks is the free coffee while you browse. Owners Clint and Brian are passionate about creating a place where people can come together, have fun, and enjoy their hobbies. They have a lot of exciting ideas for the future and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next. I’ve become a regular at Ripz myself, always chasing that next special Pokémon card. Amazing safe place to play card games, have a ice cream, socialize and buy and trade cards. I am loving this place and so does my husband and daughter.It is also a welcoming place to hang out.Owners are kind and cool.We will def keep coming back as a regular.

Chill place to play video games and rip card packs. Customer service is great. The displays are aesthetically pleasing. Good music. This is my favorite place to study and hang out! Comfortable gaming chairs. There's viral snacks and ice cream in the vending machine and freezer. Three TVs for entertainment, with a PS5, XBOX, and Nintendo Switch connected to each. Good place to stay if you want to hang out!
