Rio Grande Realms

We absolutely love Rio Grande Realms! We found this store as we were going through all of the card shops on Southern and this was by far our favorite. The store is nicely set up and decorated, with a wide variety of Magic the Gathering cards. The vibes are great, the staff are very helpful and kind offering suggestions to buff our decks, and they offer fun events like Causal Commander Tuesday. We love to come here to buy cards and play matches with our friends. We will absolutely continue to come here.

Great selection, great people. Picked up some cards I'd been looking at for a while, the pricing was perfect. Definitely check this place out.

Been in this store twice, once with my wife and once on my own. Both times the experience was phenomenal. Great customer service, the employee “did not get his name” who was wearing a Dr. Pepper shirt was very helpful and polite with helping me to pick out sleeves and a deck box for a final fantasy deck I picked up. Also want to note that during both visits I did not hear any profanity or cussing of any type while in the store. What a relief to have a gaming store visit that has that type of standard! Will be recommending Rio Grande Realms to my friends when they visit town!

Take a deep breath... there is a new card shop in town and they are wonderful! Great selection, cozy vibes, and WPN certified! Trade-ins for card AND books at 40-70% store credit. Sturdy tables and comfy chairs for card or boardgame play. Snacks? Yes! Board game corner for some free play, and if youre new to magic they have loaner decks available. Shop focuses primarily on magic the gathering (everything) but has pokemon singles available. Staff is friendly and will nerd out if prompted!

Such a great selection of books! They also have free to play table top games and planned D&D one shot nights! The store is beautiful and chill and overall very welcoming! Plus there’s something that’s just special about shopping at a small business versus a huge big box store. The owner is seeing her dream come true, and you can feel it in the way she interacts with customers. There is love put into this store. Cannot wait to see what they do in the coming years!
