Retro Games Plus

Very kind staff. They are super helpful and informed on the different products. I really also like the variety of items in the store

"We pay more for your games". NOT!!! They barely gave 10% value for a game traded in and then went ahead and sold it for x15 the amount they gave. Games aren't thoroughly cleaned. Most google reviews that are positive are honestly influenced by giving customers free things to do a Google review. I've seen it happen in store. Not very pleasant manager, always seems grumpy and unapproachable. Also, they can reject you super early in the day for trades due to them paying someone else too much on a previous trade. Doesn't matter if you wanted store credit to begin with. So you gotta wait for them to make their money first before they take in your items. Waste of time and drive over. This is a very honest review and I do not apologize if it sounds harsh. The girls that work there do seem very pleasant to interact with and are engaging and helpful. They need to reevaluate the value they give their customers. Best bet to sell your items locally or ebay at this point.

Awesome place to go. Always fair prices and very knowledgeable staff. They create a safe space for tcg players, and foster a sense of community for every customer that walks in the door. Also Bill is the G.O.A.T!

Sean saved my arm! He’s friendly, helpful, and the type of cashier it’s a joy to engage with. Amanda did not stab me…. yet.
