Have been going here for the last few Pokemon release days. They always have a nice supply of stock where most people get what they want. The staff is friendly and very effecient, we were about the 80th in line and it only took about 15 minutes after the store opened. Prices on drop day are MSRP, any other day they are are little pricey though. The shop is clean and well maintained. Parking lot is very large but on release days it can get a little packed.

We started our Pokemon journey with our 7 year old daughter last year. This shop has been a staple in our journey. The owners and staff have been so helpful, kind, and honestly just great human beings. The shop offers great prices and a gigantic selection of singles that are always in good condition. Refined will always be our go to card shop, and the staff will always hold a special place in our hearts 🙂

Our favorite game store!!! Very clean and well organized. Impressive card inventory. Especially appreciate the friendly knowledgeable team welcoming young collectors and encouraging a wonderful sense of community. Always a stellar experience.

Wonderful! One of the best shops I have ever been to with my son, they were all very busy as we showed up in the middle of a pre release event but still took the time to answer our questions on inventory, show us their digital inventory system and explain how to use it (game changer!) And were very gracious in allowing my son a free pack to rip. Wonderful selection of singles, great friendly atmosphere and tons tons tons of product and space. Cannot wait to go back for the next event or just to shop/trade

After exploring a bunch of Local Game Stores in the Toledo Area, I can say that this is one of the best locations. Store looks great outside and in. As a player they provide enough space while also keeping the regular shopping customer in mind. Product moderately priced, singles were on par, and of course the staff was friendly and as helpful as could be. If i lived in Toledo, i would be a regular at this store.
