Redemption Vault

I was just reading a review concerning your store. I have seen some of your people in the stores buying. I'm not going into names but they are there. I also know who your foot runners are, very disrespectful bunch of guys. Actually there was a young man at a store today with his mother buying pokemon stuff to sell to you. You have for the most part ruined the Dekalb, Sycamore area for the actual collectors. It's such a sad situation for all when money is more important than the art of collecting. No smear champagne, it's facts. I didn't lie. The young man was not running directly to your shop but his purchase was bought to sell to you. Instead of getting angry and blindly responding read what you are responding too. Calling me a liar is so bad. I didn't call you names but it diffidently shows what kind of human you are. Do better Redemption Vault.

I highly recommend this store above some of the other card/collectible shops in the Dekalb area. Karter is always so welcoming and friendly to my fiancé and I when we come in. I’m currently dealing with an issue at another card shop in town, where the employees have ghosted and brushed me off when I call/email for updates on my collection. Which said shop is presently in possession of my entire collection. I WISH I had just gone to Redemption Vault, as they would never treat anyone this poorly. Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️❤️❤️

My son was very excited to look at pokemon cards and make a trade. Entire experience was wonderful and the salesman (didn't catch his name) made him feel very special. Thank you.

First time visitor and decided to give Redemption Vault a shot over my usual location. Had a handful of Pokemon cards I was looking to trade and it was such an easy deal to make. While browsing around I was also offered great deals on vintage gaming systems. Was able to pickup some cards I need for my collection with ease. Great experience.

first time stopping by and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with us! We traded, bought, and got very lucky to pull something amazing. Definitely worth the drive out❤️
