Reality A Games

First time here. This store and employees have great customer service, awesome gaming selection, amazing patients and support for customers and table players, can't wait to go back to get some more games and accessories for my new xbox the guy with the glasses behind the counter I wish I got his name but he is the man to speak to for anything an overall great experience. very comfortable

Came here on 06/06/26 was my first and last time ever going here. Came in to look at the n64 games. They had a 007 game that I was interested in buying. Now the employee was helping a kid so I waited. After he was finished someone else started talking to him so I patiently waited some more no problem. Finally when he was free I walk up to the counter and his cell phone rings no problem I wait some more. However after he gets off the phone instead of addressing me he just goes to texting on his phone. Now im just standing there infront of him for thirty seconds and hes just texting away pretending that im not there. So I took my business elsewhere.

I just wanted to thank the gentleman who helped my son Caleb who came in the other day with an Xbox, who wanted the PS5, you truly made his day and we are so grateful that you were able to put a smile on his face. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity, we will be returning for future purchases.

Picked up some One Piece TCG singles (isn't that artwork sublime!) and chatted with the boys. A lovely experience if I do say so myself.

I love what they did to the place and it looks sooo much better. The first 7 photos are from about 4 months ago. Photos 8-End Re what the back looks like now. It's more spacious and a lot more better looking. The vibes are awesome here.
