RbiCru7 Sports Cards

They are over charging on retail bowman chrome megas..went in last week to grab one. They wanted 75$ per box. Went to target and bought 2 for 50$ each..sad they can't sell at the normal price. Its a nice shop tho.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with an order (100% my fault - my old address populated instead of my current address) and Ryan immediately contacted me and resolved the issue. I bought a NFL Mystery Box, it arrived within days. Very happy with the purchasing experience.

Went for a visit after seeing online posts / info. Went on a Sunday and heard another customer ask about "free pack Sundays" which they do advertise online. They said they normally did that, but just not this Sunday because they had a busy day the day before. Not sure about that reasoning - if you advertise something, how tough is it to deliver on your commitment? Open a box of cheap wax or something and honor your advertising. I did have a nice enough conversation with an employee, but was told to come back on a weekday when someone else with more knowledge would be working. I was disappointed. Overall the store did look nice and clean, and there were quite a few people shopping. Maybe i just picked the wrong day / wrong Sunday to visit...

This is our go to card store, we visit usually once a week. On sundays, they give you a free pack, and they change them every week, so it's always fun to see what we get. My daughter loves garbage pail kids, and they have a great selection and great prices for them. They have a big selection of every type of card you may be interested in, and the employees all are knowledgeable about an array of products. Definitely our go to!

Ryan and the crew at RbiCru7 set the standard for hobby shops across America. First class, A+ customer service along with great prices. I visited their shop in May and had a great experience. - Solomon
