DO NOT SHOP HERE — worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My dad bought a Wii remote and some games from this store, and later that same day we tried them with a Wii we had just gotten from GameStop. The Wii didn’t work at all, so we went back. The employee told us if we had any issues, we could return the items, but that he’d be closed until Tuesday and to come back then. So we did exactly what he said. When we came back Tuesday, instead of honoring what he told us, he completely switched up. He refused to take anything back and then had the nerve to accuse my dad—who doesn’t even know anything about video games—of copying game CDs. That accusation was not only false, but extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He also refused to take back the remote just because it had been opened… even though we only opened it to test it because the Wii didn’t work. How else are you supposed to know if something works without opening it? The attitude was horrible, the service was worse, and there was zero attempt to fix the situation or treat us like paying customers. This place clearly does not care about honesty, respect, or customer satisfaction. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Outstanding Store!! First time at this fine establishment and definitely will not be my last. The owner was super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable there and was treated like a friend which I greatly appreciated. Been collecting video games since the 80's and this is definitely one of my new favorite video stores. Definitely worth the trip from Tucson. A++++

I went to Rage Quit for the first time in July 2025. I had a few questions and needed some help troubleshooting a couple of handheld consoles. The gentleman at the store was super helpful and knowledgeable and even did a few minor tweaks to my consoles, fixing the issues. Also noteworthy, the store itself is super clean, bright & modern and has a really great selection of retro games & other goods. The games for sale are organized even alphabetized! Prices across the board appeared to be very fair. I'll definitely shop there again. Shop Local! :-)

As an avid gamer and retro game fan, this place has a great selection of games, game systems, accessories, and collectibles. To top it off, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and def passes the vibe check. It's nice to have something local and not need to travel to Tucson of Phoenix to find something to whet the retro gamer appetite!

Best video game store I have been to in a long time. I have never seen a working Vectrex, let alone played one. Then I played some Duck Hunt while the fine people here fixed my GameCube game with an amazing resurface job. Thanks again I will be back soon.
