Puma's Rest

Owner is a good guy and offers great deals. I've mostly bought Star Wars unlimited cards and products through them. Played there for several weeks now.

Great place, I met the owner James. He is a very friendly and helpful guy. The store is clean and has a huge tabletop playing area. There was a wide selection of miniatures to purchase ( games workshop, Batlle tech and others)! There is a wide selection of paint too citadel and army painter included.

Puma's Rest is amazing, to put it bluntly. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Incredibly welcoming of new people to the store and helpful to anyone looking to enter a new wargaming hobby. Ive purchased my entire custodes army from them and they explained the proper way to paint said army with excellent pointers and tips. The atmosphere is fantastic. They have many open tables for boardgames and wargaming, you always find something going on. The community they have built around this place is also mostly welcoming. Everytime I go to have a game I end up talking with someone about 40k armies and strategies. You can just walk in with a dream of playing 40k and leave with an good idea of what you want to play, and the knowledge to play it. With a little lore for good measure. If you're playing anything someone else would point to and say " that's a bit nerdy", you need to pick it up and come here!

My first time here, and so glad I went! James and Victoria were very welcoming, and had a great conversation with them. Decent amount of games for sale, along with accessories. Large space with plenty of tables. Event calendar posted for customers to see. Intro levels available, along with different games and experiences. I look forward to visiting here again!

They have cats! Puma (14M) and Bagheera (5 and a half F) don’t let their RBF fool you, they are the Meownager and Co-Meownager of the store and they are judging the staff. Free tables and free games library too? I am here practically everyday!
