Pro-Play Games

Gaby and Shenaya are the best!! So cool to take their time to understand our time at the store is not just about making a sale, but it's an experience. Truly love to drive way out of my way just to find such excellent and knowledgeable staff. I went for one thing and walked out a happy customer adding to my PC. Will be back next week to see what came in.

We had a great experience at Pro Play Games! We purchased two Mega Zygarde ex boxes from Perfect Order / Chaos Rising, and everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Drian for the excellent customer service. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend both Pro Play Games and Drian!

Pro-Play Games is hands-down the best place I've found for One Piece TCG in Miami. I came in to buy One Piece cards and was genuinely blown away — they have literally everything: booster boxes, starter decks, tins, and an absolutely massive wall and binder selection of singles. If you play One Piece, this is the spot. Whatever leader or card you're chasing, they've got it. The thing that made the experience for me was the in-store kiosk system. Instead of digging endlessly through binders hoping to get lucky, you just walk up to the computer, search their inventory, and find exactly the cards you want with prices right there. I picked out everything I needed, it was super easy to search and buy, and I was out the door with my cards in no time. It's the most convenient card-buying setup I've used. On top of that, the staff are just genuinely good people — friendly, welcoming, and happy to help without any of the gatekeeping you sometimes get at hobby shops. The store is spacious and clean with tons of table space, and you can tell there's a real community here with all the tournaments they run. If you're into One Piece (or any TCG, honestly), do yourself a favor and check this place out. Easy 5 stars. I'll definitely be back.

Visited their booth at Level Up Expo this weekend and bought a handful of singles. Pretty much all were 10% higher than market, but thats fine as the selection was great. However, quite a few cards im seeing were completely mislabeled on condition. Now its definitely a bit on me to not examine each card closer, but also not sure how any worker could see some of these cards and list them as "MP". Especially if charging over market.

I was sold a pokemon center ETB. When I opened the sealed box, 2 packs were missing. I cordially called the store right away and explained what happened. The person who picked up went on to explain to me that pokemon center themselves had made an error, and had even sent out an email apologizing. After hearing this I went online and found the email, and for the time I was content. Until I realized that I had paid full price for an ETB that was missing packs, and the sellers knew this and purposely withheld that information!! Also, I bought a pack for my nephew from their singles display, and it didnt even rip. It opened like butter. It was clearly resealed... im sorry but ive bought wanton many sealed products to know that they should not open without any sort of effort. I was flabbergasted and left without saying anything of course because you dont want to make a big scene at such a "prestigious" store where you'll likely get recognized by the community. The pack looks fine until you look closely and realize it has clearly been tampered with. You can see the ridges where it was supposed to be sealed with pressure, completely intact.
