They sell ripped product, then claim they can do nothing for you when you ask them to switch it out. They lie about when they will have product, or if they have product. They claim that the players get all the product, but I played there for 4 months and only got to buy some cards one time. Instead it’s first come first serve with the highest dollar, and even then you have to be careful about what you’re buying. They seem like the business that will do anything that won’t get them put in jail. I wouldn’t waste my time here

We have gone here to play pokemon for awhile, and have had an excellent time. The environment is very friendly and the staff is great. Today 01/28/26 we came to play pokemon with our friends and brought our 14 month old. When we went to set up at the other table, the group playing another game at the table behind us noticed our baby, and one of the kids made an EXTREMELY inappropriate “joke” about s*xually assaulting my daughter. The kids around him immediately called out his wrong, and I immediately brought it to the owners attention. She wasted NO time removing the child from the store, letting him know he was done for the night and apologizing to me. She asked if my daughter and I were alright, and let us know she does not tolerate that behavior. They have made it so clear that this is a family friendly card store, and they have definitely earned our business for life. Along with their no tolerance for inappropriate behavior, POP-Culture-RAMA is always clean, has their inventory organized, and are the only place/people in the county that offer pokemon cards and don’t charge an outrageous price for them (they also offer way more). They always answer any questions we have and always keep us updated with new products or events coming to the store. They truly value their customers safety. 10000000/10 recommend.

What a great shop! The employee was so polite and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. They have an awesome selection of merchandise with really unique collections that I've never seen at any other locations. It was 100% worth the trip, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! Plus they hooked me up with my boy Chopper!

I buy a lot of gundam model kits here and they have a wide selection of figures and other cool things. Every employee here is very nice.

I go here all the time, the prices are great! The owners are the sweetest people and are always helping me if I need it. If there’s something I want or need I can easily reach out to them they’ll put it on hold or look into ordering it for me. I love this place so much and I genuinely think you all should check it out!
