Planet Comics

I am ILL to have just heard of an interaction one of my dear friends had at this location recently. It seems the employees of this store find joy and humor in making fun of people with lower incomes/different backgrounds and making them participate in basically a public HUMILIATION RITUAL with the promise of store credit just to not keep up with their end of the promise on their sick joke anyway. I will not go into detail in this review as to protect my friends identity but it is truly sickening for the employees involved to take advantage of an individual for a quick laugh. I can say I will never recommend anyone to this store and I hope whoever this individual is takes some time to reflect on who they are as a person.

Great Comic and Collectibles Shop, definitely the best in the Upstate if you ask me. Always have what I'm looking for when it comes to Comic Books, Action Figures, Gundam, Magic and Pokemon. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that are willing to help and assist me with whatever I need. Highly recommend checking Planet Comics out if you're ever in the Anderson area.

Nice place! Has wide collection of comics and other collectibles but WARNING!!!! they overcharge for pokemon cards. They had a couple binders on their table listed "trade or $3" and as i was looking though I saw 1 i was interested in and looked up on TCG the price $0.54!!!! I did the same with a few other cards and it was the same low price. They are selling at an aggregious markup price. Better to buy from reliable and honest vendor. I honestly think they put that price on there and those cards for just how "pretty the pictures" are Reply to owners comment: if that's the case. Then why not have a binder specifically for kids instead of being willing to rip off unsuspecting adults who may also actually enjoy and desire those cards.

Literally the best comic shop I’ve ever been to. There always so kind when me and my husband go in there and make us feel so welcomed. We have great conversations. We go here weekly. Great pricing and just a good time highly recommend.

The guys were really nice. The store was a little bit disorganized towards the back, but they are in the process of taking in inventory to sale loose figures. Plus they have lots of other inventory to sort. The store in general in the front and center is very organized. They have an array of different items and I found the prices to be reasonable in the current market.
