UPDATE — OCTOBER 9, 2026 Since posting my original review, the situation with PixelNation has become even more concerning. I spent over $3,100 on September 16, 2026, preordering four cases of Pokémon 30th Anniversary Day & Night UPCs and one case of 30th Anniversary Booster Bundles. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the business regarding my order, PixelNation publicly claimed it had contacted me numerous times, which I dispute, and subsequently blocked me on Facebook. Now my order is no longer visible in Shopify, and I can no longer access their Shopify storefront. As a result, I have filed formal complaints with the Kansas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have also seen another customer’s review describing a similar experience. I understand that some merchandise has not reached its scheduled release date. However, that does not excuse the lack of customer communication or provide reassurance about my $3,100-plus purchase. I still want the merchandise I paid for. I am sharing this update so potential customers are aware of my experience before purchasing from this business. Placed a $3,195 order sept 16. I’ve reached out via email, their Facebook business page, and Facebook chat about my order and was left on read. I saw a comment on here that they’ll even ship part of the package and still nothing.

Placed my order two months ago, seller has ignored my attempts to contact him and hasn’t shipped my order. Don’t waste your time, he’s a scammer. Part of the order he said would ship out on August 14th. He said the other part of the order which was a gift bundle, would ship out the last week of August. Neither happened.

I got my controllers repaired in a timely manner. They work wonderfully. The service and time done was well worth the wait. I am very grateful to PixelNation for fixing the issue of stick drift. And other damages done that we're taken care of.
