They have lost my business! I will not support either shop nor recommend them. I spent an hour looking through bulk just to be told one price then upon getting ready to check out, i was told another price not one but twice. Prices had changed since the last time i came in. At checkout they continued to check prices of the bulk and then wanted me to pay $8 for a card that i was told was .50. This individual said prices were all over the place on ebay as listings and there wasnt a card sold listed on ebay. Then he decided to keep it because it was one of his favorite pokemon. Well i spent 1 hr finding that card, i should write you a bill for my time!

Limited selection. Employee was occupied playing a game with friends. He did stop and talk to me for a second, but then went back to his game.

Came here for the first time yesterday. I live in Chicago and this is my wife’s hometown. When I found out about the shop I HAD to visit. Alex was an incredibly gracious host. He cut some deals, he educated me on some things. I will make this a stop every time I’m in town now! 5/5 can’t recommend enough!!

Sold me some sleeves. Unfortunately dragon shields are sometimes damaged out of packaging. Messaged them on Messenger to try to sort it out with the attached picture. Left on read. Tried to call and was sent to vm, and didnt even respond 24hrs after that. Dont recommend any store that could work off of business like that. Would rather go two hours out for cards and accessories if thats how it is.

Board Games and TCG fans alike I do recommend either the Carthage, IL or Keokuk, IA location for fun and a friendly welcoming environment.
