Lots of great product and plenty of singles despite their stock being at a large event. They had lots of older era ETBs along with beautiful singles and graded cards. Unfortunately customer service doesn’t seem to be a thing for strangers. I was browsing around for a while and was never greeted or welcomed in, but the other people who came in after me were. When I walked up to ask to look at a box, I waited to for the man behind the counter to look at me or acknowledge my presence before I finally asked to see something. He didn’t look me in the eyes at all or really pay any mind to me and walked away after dropping it on the counter. Good product lacking in service.

Outstanding local shop! Had an exceptional first-time experience here today. The customer service is outstanding, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and their pricing and trading values are very fair. They even hooked us up with some extra cards for the kids, which made their day!As a family that is still brand new to the hobby, it is incredibly refreshing and nice to find a truthful, honest local shop. We will definitely be back, and the whole family is looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Phantom is the best card shop in town. Everytime I come in Danny is always willing to work with me, and chat about future set releases. Danny’s has help pick out multiple cards that I sent to PSA and got 10s. He’s my go to for all my tcg needs.

As someone new to the hobby, I stopped by hoping to purchase a couple booster boxes for my girlfriend and I to rip packs for our 6 year anniversary. I walked in knowing I was about to drop $1000 or more at this local card shop, hoping to make it a new local spot. As someone new to the game, and as someone about to drop a whole paycheck, I had some questions on which booster boxes to buy, etc, and the employee there straight up ignored me for over 30 minutes while I patiently sat and waited for him to assist me. He assisted the people that came in before me for 30 minutes straight without attempting to help me in between their questions. (Which is fine, I get it. This is why I decided to sit down and give the employee time. I even told him no rush, and I'm planning on buying a couple boxes and it's my first time, etc.) Well, I end up walking up to the counter and waiting for him because it's been 30 minutes and I still haven't been able to ask him anything about the game.. he ended up ignoring me completely after standing at the counter for an additional 5 minutes. I was patient and even let him know I'm willing to wait and not in a hurry. needless to say I will go elsewhere and will not recommend this place. It's unfortunate because I wanted to make this my local spot. I wish I could give zero stars if I could, but I can't. If I was able to eventually buy the product I came in for, 1 star would be appropriate.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Phantom Card Vault! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Whether you're into Pokemon, One Piece or just looking to get into the hobby, this place has something for everyone. The selection was impressive—tons of singles, sealed products, and accessories. The staff helped me track down a few specific cards I was looking for and even gave some great advice. You can tell they genuinely care about the local community and want people to enjoy the hobby. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for a top-notch local card store.
