Stopped in today as I am a casual TCG gamer who is trying to find a place I can meet new people and get into playing me decks more through events. Since it was my first time I just met with a friend, grabbed a table, and played some games. The store was really open and clean and had a nice and chill atmosphere. The employees I talked to were polite and nice! My friend and I had a great time and I look forward to trying out an event! Also, I use a manual wheelchair and it was very accessible!

Went to a prerelease a few days ago and I had a good time with 2 of the other guys that played and the employee was also pretty nice and friendly. There weren't enough people for the event so the person who I presume is the owner joined in. At first I thought that was cool of him to do, but his attitude when we were playing killed the vibes for me. He took extremely long turns, which is not the end of the world, but he made many comments about how prerelease was pretty much all luck and the cards I pulled gave me basically an unfair advantage. As a guest in his store it was pretty annoying to see that coming from somebody I would normally have lots of respect for. It doesn't make that much sense to be making comments like that as the owner; anyone who has ever played a prerelease or any sealed event for that matter knows that there is luck involved, but making a conversation out of it when you're losing comes across as whiny and immature, especially coming from someone who is several years my senior and also (i assume) the owner of the business! By the end of the event, it really felt like he joined in to win and give out as few prize packs as possible. Nice store with fair prices and I would be happy to come back as a consumer, but I can't say I want to play here again.

Complete scam artist, tried saying a $200 card was $500, tried saying a card that had the back ripped off and was bent in half was worth 25% more than the last 3 sold in damaged condition from TCG player within the last 3 days. Do not buy from them, they rip everyone off and talk down to you and get an attitude when you try to explain to them that you actually know what things are worth. Owner not only talked to me like I was stupid and got very angry with me when I tried to negotiate with him, but even after I showed him the prices the cards were selling for on TCG player he said I was wrong and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Very angry and aggressive man, worst experience ive ever had in customer service. Added. Love how he is saying i was rude, I was the only one not being rude. I stated that I'd love to work out a price and wanted to purchase from him but he was extremely rude and disrespectful, and would not budge off his extremely over priced cards.

Came in like 3 weeks ago tried to buy a box of pokemon cards. I was dealing with some kid he was supper useful. They didn't have any boxes of pokemon in English(except the perfect order, a box of that, it doesnt have anything i would like to pull). They had like 7 boxes of different Japanese i didn't know what was in them. So the kid, who knew the whole time I was buying a box, was showing me the boxes and what cards I could pull. One had like a cool Salamance or like cool legendary birds. I choose one the kid asked if I wanted him to check the back for an un opened box. I said sure. He did. They didn't have one. Than I go to buy them and the owner (I guess) comes up and says I can't buy that many? I was real confused. I asked why? he said he didn't know me and the store was for regulars. Sense I wasn't a regular he would limit it to 7 packs. I asked why he didn't have a sign or why the kid would spend like 30 mins with me helping me determine a box to buy. I also was going to but 7 packs of magic cards. I wasn't going to leave this review but apparently me being confused why he was making up rules was unruly or something. Any i went to mavericks and dropped like 350 dollars. Didn't pulling anything but had fun. Tldr: went in to buy packs. Employee helped me for 30 mins. Owner refused to sell me the thing I said I would buy 30 mins prior. Wasted my time cause I wasn't a regular. Non regulars aren't welcome Edit: owner will call you a lair and not address the fact that his employee isn't trained on his store polices and will actively waste your time. bonuses though if you look through his replies its alway misinformation in the bad reviews and not them addressing or saying they would fix these problems. anyway his replies has some misinformation in them and i wouldn't take his word. go to a better friendlier shop that say it will try to be better

I went to this store multiple times with my fiancé. Who i presume was the store owner would always talk down to us when prices was asked and details on specific items. I felt like a child when he was talking down to us. I wanted to literally run out of that store. He mostly only had union arena and pokemon cards. When we asked questions about union arena he acted like he was a know it all. All together I will personally never return to this store.
