My family and I have been here many times. We are not locals and tend to stop by Santa Rosa every once in a blue moon. Are experienced today was by far one of the worse ones. When we paid they over charged the Pokémon bulk cards we bought. We asked if they had any bulk cards and Juan said no, but in our past experience they have always had them so se asked him to check again and he seem very annoyed. He found the big box of bulk cards and were able to look through them the other guys always stopped by to see if we needed help (they are all great). When it came time to pay my partner didn’t notice they charged the bulk cards at $1 each instead of 3 per dollar like before, like I said he seem so annoyed by the fact that we had to ask for the small plastic bag for the single cards. You guessed correctly, Juan was the same person who checked us out on our way out. Our receipt had his name and I wanted to leave a review. Nevertheless, I need to pay more attention when they charge me but I would have thought it was an honest business.

I used to love coming here when I came through the Santa Rosa area because I advocate supporting local card stores. The vibes now have moved away from a love of the hobby to full-on scalper store. Absolutely diabolical with selling the newest series at double MSRP. How disappointing to see how things have changed here over the last year and a half.

This review is based on my experience in the store, not the pricing (obviously prices will vary everywhere you go/shop, so shop around if the lowest price is what you're after). I was in the area for Father's Day, stopped in to see what they had for gundam TCG.. right away Martin helped me out, helped me find what I was looking for (gundam starter decks) and we talked for a bit, then we got to talking about magic (lots of good info, good insight). I went to browse a bit more, then Lindsey offered to help if I had any questions. He helped me find the last items I was looking for. The store was busy, but the staff were helpful, taking time ask me if I needed help. I spent about 20-30 mins in the shop, browsing, asking questions, and finally making a purchase. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Also worth noting: shop was well organized and merch displayed well for customers to browse and find what they're looking for (I only spent time on the 1st floor, didn't check out the upstairs area). Martin & Lindsey, thanks again for the help and info!

This place is awesome. They purchased my cards promly and gave me several hundred dolls for them immediately. Then I hung out all day and met a bunch of cool people. This place is awesome.

Terrible pricing and customer experience when buying cards. Managed to find a card that was reasonably close to market and they changed the price at the counter after looking it up. Refusing to honor sticker price is always a poor experience for customers but changing a card from 20 over market to 150 over market at checkout is just bizarre. Lots of good shops in the area, best to avoid this one.
