One Stop Anime

Super friendly and super knowledgeable. The tall guy named Jason is definitly someone to talk to about any question you may have! And everything is well organized too!

I'm not sure what I could have done to make them not like me, but the guys behind the counter regularly twist their procedures in an unfair way and make it hard for me to purchase pokemon from them. I regularly come in to register for an event, only to find out that they have changed the procedure to do so. They are evasive when I ask how I can keep up with the changes. They have told me that they post the updates to Facebook. Today they made a post, specifically stating they would not have the new Pokemon TCG in stock. So I didn't bother asking when I paid for my entry. Then I saw some people check out for the Elite Trainer Boxes after I was done registering. I went and got back in line, and they told me that they had just sold the last one. I double checked and their Facebook still specified that they would not have the product in stock. So I asked them how I was supposed to know to ask for the product, and they literally laughed and told me it would be on Facebook, but these were just for players. I am a player so I asked again, how would I find out that their was product available, as a player. They told me on Facebook and I would get a chance to buy a less desirable product later. I'm genuinely very hurt by this treatment. I don't know if I will come back to play here. They still get 2 stars because they are one of the only stores that sells for MSRP, and most people seem to have a great time. EDIT: having received a response, I am going to clarify that I was asking how I was supposed to know that the product was in stock, as a player. I asked three different times, and the only answer I got was that announcements get made on Facebook. I feel as though I was specifically skipped over for the product. I was never trying to get someone to sell me a sold out product, only asking HOW I could have know and HOW I would know for the future.

Came from Texas to OKC for a day trip and my daughter wanted to go to anime store close by. We saw this place and had great reviews and decided to check it out. Once we came in, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed help. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They also had I believe either a card games matches or trading card events going on during our visit which was great to see. My daughter found a poster and a collection of an anime she is obsessed with which is hard to find since it is an older anime. They had so much manga’s, figures, etc to look at. Overall it was great experience and would definitely come back.

Fair prices and friendly people definitely check in with them for your manga, anime, and tcg needs. If the don't have what your looking for check in with the staff and they're willing to help you get it . Remember to support your local businesses

Ordered from their online Store. While the site could be better, they had exactly what I needed! And despite it being an out of print light novel, it was not outrageously priced! It came brand new in the original plastic wrap, and they even wrapped the book in a thick bubble wrap. You won't see Amazon or Barnes and noble ship their books that well. 100% awesome place just for that!
