ONE PIECE CARD GAME Official Shop San Jose

The woman are just hella rude, I get people are a lot but damn ease up it’s a card store

I was so excited to come to this store. I walked in yesterday around 4pm. Asked the guy at the register if they have OP cards for sale, he said, "no." I asked if they ever have them for say, he said, "yes." I asked when is the next time they will have them for sale, he said, "I can't tell you." I asked why he can't tell me, he said, "store policy." I asked him then how would I know when to come back to buy some cards, he said, "I don't know." So then I said that means I need to come back every day to see if you have cards and he said, "yes." He was so rude, uncaring and unhelpful. He has no idea what customer service is nor I guess does management. And I guess they just don't care. Really sad and will never go back.

Employees at this location are often extremely rude. I know that most of these poor people deal with very inpatient or pushy people and that definitely wears down on you over time I’ve been there. But I continued to try and do my best to give people a somewhat good service and experience. That doesn’t seem to be the case of these employees. Even when asking about simple questions about there own scheduled events or a new product already understanding they are sold out but just wanting the information these employees will make you feel like your bothering them and overall take an extremely rude and disrespectful tone. It’s like you work in retail what do you expect. Still and hit sometimes to get product but don’t expect any of your questions even the simplest of ones to get answered

Called the Official One Piece store in San Jose. Worker answers the phone and told me there is 0 stock and they do not have plans on restocking. FYI incase you plan on visiting anytime soon

Thank You Bandai for opening a official shop for one piece, card, game fans! If you are into one piece card game, you know that finding decks and sleeves sold at MSRP is hard to come by. Currently gaming tables are only for one piece card games, no other tabletop games are played here. Friendly service at the register! We came here just to buy a few decks and sleeves. My guys will likely be back to shop and play OPCG here!
