Yeahh I agree with other reviews on something fishy happening here and they always have 1 season they have been selling forever like how are you an official store but your not getting new products, the other thing is I do believe they are selling it between the employees and picking and choosing. Most likely might be selling them on TikTok.. 2nd the employees are rude and show no interest in sharing more information. Always say they don’t know when they will get the new seasonal packs, just completely bogus!! I will reach out to Corp and to Eiichiro Oda on this!! Everyone keep reporting these guys!! Not sure what the point of the store is. I came from far for a purple beginner deck and they didn’t have any decks, except one. It seemed like they had no merchandise of any kind. Definitely don’t come here to buy anything, because they don’t have anything to sell. Also, the few people there weren’t very friendly. If you’re not into the hobby, don’t work at the store.

Came here looking to get into the One Piece TCG (my first tcg so I knew literally nothing). Staff members broke it down for me and made recommendations. The next time I attended the tutorial session and Zack gave me a lot of pointers. Came to a welcome session after that and the regulars were really kind and walked me through how I should have played after our round was over. Have been playing every week for a couple of months now and I have to say that this local community is really amazing. The shop makes you feel welcome and the staff (Kaitlyn, Zack, and Sarai) are the absolute best! I love coming here to play. Highly recommend!

Went to the shop today. To look around, and buy some packs and cards. There was nothing to look at except the few dudes sitting hoarding the tables to play. And I was told I couldn't purchase anything cause I "didn't win the lottery." Which I still know nothing about.... Pretty sad. I came from over an hour away to check the store out and get some packs or something but wasn't allowed to buy a single thing. Terrible experience. Just go to your local card shop and support them. Don't support this style of place.

Drove out of state to buy cards for my kid’s Easter present. I definitely wasn’t sure what I was doing, but the staff was so helpful and was in and out so quickly. Really appreciate them. Thanks again!! Also the location is fantastic, free parking and lots of shops. Good place to have lunch at after.
