Nomad Games and Hobbies

I've been coming to Nomads for over three years, and the staff have always been amazing! Every visit has been a great experience, whether I'm picking up singles or sealed products. They have fantastic selection of Pokémon, Magic The Gathering and One Piece, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. I highly recommend Nomads to everyone! (Also very pet friendly, my Corgi Nopon loves their shop!)

Nomad Games is great! I always like stopping in whenever I'm in the area. It is more heavily focused on card games and wargames more so than board games but still a fun shop. I like that they have LOTS of bulk that they let customers shop through. Not a lot of stores offer that these days and I always appreciate the ability to sit and dig through bulk TCG cards

Not many people show up for commander night, they’re very strict with their rules. They close early for no reason other than laziness which means they’ll just stop you in the middle of the game even though you have 10 minutes left. One staff member didn’t even let me play with one of my gaming mats because he said it was inappropriate just because the girls had big boobs like the guys never seen big boobs before. It was absolutely ridiculous. You’re just gonna kick out anyone in the store that has big boobs too? Seems discriminatory. It’s not like they were showing nipples or anything. She literally just had big boobs like every other anime character ever. Either way it’s kind of just ridiculous here. Go anywhere else, I’ve never had another problem in a family friendly environment. These guys just take it to the extreme and it’s cringe. Also the guys I played with were mean and aggressive over MTG! Actually just bad vibes all around

Brought in some old Pokémon cards to sell, as I was looking to start a MTG collection. They gave me very fair prices for them, and even worked out a really generous store credit/cash split. Then they spent time with me and were incredibly patient as I picked out what to buy for Magic the Gathering. They also have an awesome catalog of singles on their TCGPlayer site. Highly recommend.

So this store is tucked away on the side of the building which we weren't aware of and so we looped around the area looking for the sign. Luckily, I believe the owner or an employee made a video of how to get to the entrance. Once we found out where to park and immediately followed the path in the video, we were able to find this store. As we entered, we were greeted by an employee and saw a few players playing 40K as they had four tables for that. The store was a lot bigger than I thought and they had plenty of different products for everyone. They even had some prints and stickers from a local tattoo artist which was neat. They had their schedule in the bag on a huge whiteboard. Plenty of tables and chairs in the back next to their bulk section. My boyfriend bought a pack from them as he loves supporting small, local businesses and the prices here are fair. The store is dog friendly as I asked the employee who greeted us and then a customer walked with their super cute dog.
