No Limit Gaming

First visit to the store was out hunting cards for our collection. Right off the rip customer service seemed a little off. The guy seemed a little bothered about me wanting to know prices on a few cards because for some odd reason they dont have the prices on their cards they have to look each individual one up in the computer and with the amount of cards they have seems ineffective to me. Anyways as I was talking to him about a few cards my husband was looking through what he seemed was a box of just single card that were on the counter top which alot of other card shops have and one of the employees got really rude and aggressive with him about it and told him not too which hey fine he wasn't aware. They were out and accessible to the customers and again most every other card shops have. He could have asked so much more professionally and more respectfully than he did so needless to say we didnt buy anything and told the guy helping us why. We spent our money elsewhere and im actually happy I went to a other shop and found a bunch more cards I wanted for my collection. Customer service needs some working on before we ever try to go back.

Bailey spent about half an hour helping us sort out our deck list pricing and even helped us work on trade ins to lower the price. He worked incredibly hard to get us the most affordable options and did a metric ton of math. Thank you No Limit Gaming and especially Bailey and anyone who helped him find our cards!!

I went to the shop today to sell some pokemon cards and aaron and andrew helped me out and was very honest and open with me about the price and condition of my cards. We ended up making a deal for a much better price than i expected to get! Highly recommend!

Stopped here while visiting town on a friend's recommendation, looking for Pokemon singles. The store has THE BEST selection of singles I've ever seen, and prices are fair (based on recent sales). But unfortunately, there is no way to browse 95% of their card selection. Graded cards and rare/high value cards are in the case, while everything else is in the back. To order any cards that are not currently on display, you need to fill out a paper listing the exact card (name, set, etc). This is great if you're missing a few specific cards for a deck, or know exactly which cards you're missing for a master set... but not so great if you're a general collector like me who doesn't have a list on hand of every card you're looking for. (I prefer to browse bulk bins for specific cards I'm missing and for anything else that strikes my fancy, which this set-up does not let you do.) They also had some reasonably priced Pokemon plush, and a nice selection of TCG supplies (sleeves, deck boxes, binders, etc). I suspect I'd come here a lot if I lived in the area, but as someone just passing through, there was not time to take advantage of their organized-but-labor-intensive card selling system.

Went here tonight with my brother. My nephew came along with us this time and it was his first time in the store. You know how 6 year olds can get in a store like this. He was very excited to spend his $10 on Mewtwo cards. The staff (Josh) was very helpful in taking care of us and my nephew. They were very patience and answered all his questions. We spent about 2.5 hrs there and had an absolute blast. I picked up some very nice vintage cards to add to my binder at very reasonable prices! We’ll be back again soon!
