This place must not want to sell cards. The majority of times I've gone here the employees don't want to search for cards or are helpful in anyway. Cards are stored on the floor and the place is messy and unorganized. It feels like you are burdening them even asking for help/a question about anything. I've watched multiple patrons just walk out because employees didn't want to help. There have been a couple rare times when a nice employee helped and was able to find what we needed. Overall though for years this place has been non community friendly or helpful in the slightest.

The store seems great, nice community lots of cards whatever. HOWEVER someone who works there, maybe even the owner, was very loudly defending an accused rapist, saying he felt bad for him and calling the woman a liar. This just ruined the experiences because this seemed like such a great community but I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable after this Nora was so sweet though shoutout them!

I had a great experience stopping by on a Friday afternoon. One of the owners was there and was patient and nice. Made my Pokémon card collecting son have a great experience. Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area.

I think that having a local gaming/nerd store is essential, period. So even if it's imperfect, it's a necessary haven and third space for tons of hobbyists and that's valuable to the community they serve. This place, however, could spruce itself up a bit. Our group was inside for several minutes before we spotted anyone at all, though were greeted kindly by a man who did eventually make an appearance. It was a little dusty and disorganized, and could use much better lighting and maybe some more decor and music. Would have liked to see more variety of products but seems like they mostly have just cards and Funkos. I'm a regular visitor to On the Draw in Pottstown and other similar stores, so although this one has a well-established foothold and is a local favorite, I just think there are a few things they could do better.

A great place for the community. The owner is very friendly and great to all the customers. You can tell that he loves the job and getting the youth involved in trading cards/gaming. He loves seeing people engage with gaming/card culture and offers reasonable pricing for starter packs to get them involved
