I wouldn’t sell here again. So I had A SUPER rare pack. That you cannot find anywhere. I’ve looked all over and cannot find this exact pack anywhere. But they scammed me. I found them and they played me and bought for 450$. 2 packs!!!!! Well. One pack is going for 1400$ - 2000$ and the other is 800$. They told me the one pack they sold for 450$ and the other pack for around 250$. So they offered me 450$!!!! I am absolutely disgusted and if I could get my stuff back I would!!!! totally scammed me !!!!!!!!!! I don’t think they will make it right! But lessson learned. Sad people do this.

Zero wiggle room.. 65% to 70% on cards (good luck getting 70%) & dont expect a smooth transaction. The employee thats is reviewing your cards will grab a drink, use the restroom and have 15 minute conversations with there buddies that come in! $150 and above comes in a check! With all the money you are making buy a vacuum on Amazon for $60.00!

Great SELECTION: However, way over priced! And that’s not coming from an inexperienced collector complaining about pricing, it’s literally because I spent about an hour comping singles I had interest in purchasing. It’s as if every card was $50+ over comps. Laughed because I spotted a few slabs I had in my own collection that I knew weren’t that expensive. Just for giggles I asked if they were firm on a card that was listed at $150 and comps at $70-$90. As the worker was saying no, I over heard another employee answer a store phone call saying; “yeah we buy singles at 60%.” My eyes widened up realizing they buy low and sell extremely high so it’s not like if they don’t have the room to match comps. Not the best CUSTOMER SERVICE: on top of that. See I don’t look like the average Pokemon collector. So it’s as if I was invisible to them when I first walked in. It’s unfortunate as a collector that just moved to the area, this is my LCS and it’s not a good experience. There are a lot more Friendly and Welcoming shops closer to Cleveland like: Geek Peek and Cards in the Land that actually are excited to have you walk in and actively do business like entertain comps conversations and offer better rates. Hope this shop turns things around, especially since they are one of the more known names in the hobby.

Great selection. Prices are a little inflated and the customer service is very poor. Both me and my gf have had negative experiences with the same associate. They wouldn't include a top loader on her $30 card even though it was previously in one, and after i bought an expensive card the associate slammed it on the counter! I understand these are pieces of cardboard but when i pay for something that's $80, I expect it to be handled as such! This place is not remotely friendly towards new collectors. When I got asked if they do trades at "60-80%" the dude LEGIT laughed in my face. Even the plushies cost an arm and a leg. You can bank on this place having what you need, but at the cost of somehow managing to have worse pricing and customer service compared to scalpstop (gamestop). I love to support local businesses, but this place runs like a greedy corporation. I think id rather go on whatnot and get treated like an actual human being. I'm sure USPS will handle my card better anyway after going through 10 different postal stations too.

SELECTION: This store looks to be among the best for selection and variety of cards and products to some degree. They have booster packs for Magic from the 90's you can buy which is pretty awesome and interesting to see. Being someone who started my TCG journey in the late 90's this is pretty awesome to see. PRICES: I'd say the prices are right in the middle at market price and higher than market. Don't expect to get much wiggle room in haggling. Some will negotiate and others refuse, even the workers who are willing to negotiate will work with you but it won't be much wiggle from what the tags say from my experience. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I wouldn't go in expecting to feel warm and welcome. There are a couple people who will converse with you and talk about stuff, but the rest will be quiet and rather cold with you. There is a couple workers here that won't really acknowledge me unless I call for them, but the rest will approach you at some point. I wouldn't say I ever was disrespected or insulted, but I never left feeling like I had a warm welcome. The store seems very clique-y and if you aren't in the clique you likely will feel what I described. SCORES SELECTION: 5/5 PRICES: 3/5 CUSTOMER SERVICE: 2/5
