Super happy I decided to try a new local store for video games and consoles today! I called in to see if they had a specific game available, they had that and multiple others I wanted for good prices. I asked about their trade in options and they gave me a ballpark of how they value them and I was really happy to at least get some info before hauling extra consoles and equipment all over town (most places won't give you a single detail before putting eyes on them). When I got there, Ryan was happy to help and gave me and the 2 people before me his full attention. Ended up going for one game and instead bought 5 and traded in 2 consoles. Their pricing for Switch and Switch 2 games was great and I felt like I got really good value for my trades. The selection was great for games and cards too. Appreciate Ryan for all his help, I can tell he cares and loves games. Definitely happy to shop here again!

Had a fantastic trade in with our duplicate copies of games from our collection, and scored a holy grail while at it. Feels like the old card shop I went to back in the day, so awesome! Will be coming back to do more trades in the future!

My wife and I had a great experience today. Brad was incredibly helpful and very kind. He helped my wife complete three pages in her binder, which made her really happy. This has become my favorite collector shop. My first visit here was great, and this one was really good as well there were a few minor bumps here and there, but they were quick to fix everything. So I just want to say thank you for that, and thank you to the owner for being so responsive, And thank you for Brad for being great! It’s truly appreciated.

friend is a long time customer and recommended this place. my brother had purchased an original xbox for me for christmas for $150.00 on december 11th. when i finally arrived home from vacation i tried to use the xbox only to find it didn't read certain games and the power button didn't work. upon inspection the xbox was filled with rust, roach residue and had a leaky clock capacitor which caused trace rot (causing the power issue) i called and explained the issues but the only available option was to get a store credit for 50$ because it had been over 15 days since purchase. it's disappointing and hopefully they can start checking their products more thoroughly.
