Meta Games Toys

I had an excellent time at Meta games toys, I went in just to check out a couple singles, but after striking up a great conversation with the owner we ended up getting a large variety of deck upgrades and a precon that I’m excited to try. Of all the TCG shop I’ve been to this was by far and away the best, super friendly, clean and fun!

This store looks great! But I drove 40 minutes one way after checking Google for their hours and it was closed when I arrived at 2pm when it was posted on their storefront and Google they opened at 1pm. I understand things change and happen, but a total travel time of 1hr and 20min is rough with gas when nothing was updated on socials to inform if something changed. I see this card shop has a great atmosphere so I genuinely hope they do great! When I return to LI I hope to visit again but will call first!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MetaGames.Toys is an outstanding hobby store! The shop is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The customer service is excellent—the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether you're new to the hobby or a longtime enthusiast. One of the best parts is the amazing community they've built. It's a great place to meet other players, participate in events, and enjoy the hobby in a positive, inclusive environment. I highly recommend MetaGames.Toys to anyone looking for a fantastic local game and hobby store!

Met Alex today and he is very knowledgeable about Magic and took a lot of time to go over the game since I've been out of it for a while. There is a wide selection and he's very personable. I highly recommend stopping in to see what he has and just to have a chat.

Worked with Alex on setting up a table for my friends to play Dnd and he went above and beyond getting us our own space and accomodating everything we needed. Only sad I didn't have the time to play commander while I was there. Its a new shop with a lot of potential. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a fun environment for any kind of hobby.
