Why you should go here 1. The owner is exactly what you would hope a game store owner should be like. Hawk was super nice, highly informative and very helpful with my trade ins and never made me feel like I was being rushed or unwelcome. 2. The vibe is very relaxed and everyone in the store was playing games and having a great time. 3. I was not just a number to them. Hawk and his staff made this old gamer very happy. Sure there are larger stores but this place makes up for it in quality and service. 4. Support locally, stop in or tell your friends about Mana Vault Games. Places like this need to be preserved.

Came here this morning to purchase a Nintendo 64. The staff here are super nice and helpful. Prices here are reasonable and they have a lot of other cool things. They also gave me a discount since it was my first time! The consoles here are well cleaned and my N64 worked properly when I came back home. Games and everything were clean as well. For sure would visit again to continue purchasing retro games!

I had a very disappointing experience with Daniel at this store. I brought in a Secret Lair promo foil Forest by John Avon, a card with a market value of around $70, and was offered only $5 for it. I understand that stores need to make a profit when buying cards, but an offer that low felt unreasonable and left me feeling like I wasn't being treated fairly. The customer service made the experience even worse. I explained that although I've collected Magic: The Gathering cards, I was trying to learn how to play and asked if I could have one of the Welcome Decks that Wizards of the Coast provides for new players. Daniel refused and told me he had already given me one "yesterday." The problem is that I had just walked into the store today. Rather than listening to what I was saying, he appeared to confuse me with another customer. I intend to report my experience to Wizards of the Coast, particularly my concern that Welcome Decks intended to help introduce new players may not be being distributed as intended. Between the extremely low trade offer and the poor customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a local game store. If you're looking for fair trade offers or a welcoming environment for new Magic players, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

A couple of weeks ago, two friends and I came to play Commander with just us, and the place looked pretty dope. The employees were chill, so we decided to make this our place to play. Then we came to the prerelease, and this was my first prerelease ever lolz only been playing this year but still. The staff were so helpful; I had so much fun and ended up buying the last two collector boosters, and the pulls ended up paying for them! Love this place!

Honest and good people who are a pleasure to do business with. Fair pricing and wonderful environment. When one of my Wii games broke, they were able to fix it close to brand new. Cannot recommend them enough.
