Purchased packs of cards that had been opened and resealed. Response from the owner 12 minutes ago: Hey boss we invite you back in and will gladly show you the rest of the box you bought the packs from. We do not sell sealed packs and do our best to make sure all packs are factory sealed. Please come back and we would love to show you in person this is not true. I'm going to copy and paste your reply so you can't delete it. I purchased the entire box, not individual packs. I watched you pull from the back of the inventory instead of the front box, which looked to be in pristine condition, which I thought was odd. You 100% know what you're doing. Clean up your act. We literally do not need to delete anything, but since you want to waste time with false accusations. Number 1 you did not buy a box from us you bought a couple of packs, number 2 those packs are literally sealed in the photo, if that's how they came out from the factory box that has nothing to do with us. But since you want to clown around bring the "box" back and I'll refund you the full amount and let you keep the packs. I'm tired of clowns like you with the false accusations of imaginary scenarios that did not happened trying to ruin a good business, if you want we have state of the art cameras an we can run the footage back. My reply: I included a picture of both the box and the box #, your aggressive attitude just shows your guilt. I love small businesses, that's why I went to yours, even though you are +/- 20% more expensive. I'll tell you what though, keyboard warrior, I'll be sure to stop back in and have a chat. Stopped by on Father’s Day after a friend recommended this card shop, and I’m glad I did! This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying Pokémon cards. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. I was able to find some of my favorite Pokémon products, and the selection is absolutely huge. It can be a little overwhelming at first because they have so much to choose from, but that’s a great problem to have. Overall, 10/10 experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Doing a card shop run in the Miami area and can’t across MadCards! Awesome location, good vibes, great interactions and prices were exactly where they should be. appreciate the help while I was in, will definitely return when I come back to the area.

The BEST card shop in honestly the entire state of FL maybe even the east coast. Staff are knowledgable and professional. Ive talked with Travis and Austin every time I come in and they are super helpful every time. Not to mention i have the BEST luck every time I open packs from here. Highly recommended, worth the drive.

Overall a great experience! the entire store was squeaky clean, the worker was very friendly and helpful, and their catalog of different card games was impressive. Would definitely come back.
