Mad Alpaca Games

My 14yo started buying cards here and learned to play, And then was invited to come and participate in one of their Friday tournaments. He had a blast, it was a very friendly and supportive environment and he will definitely come back again. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly they have built a welcoming and inclusive community. I would recommend the store to any parent whose child is interested in card or board games.

Really cool game store and play space. My friends and I visited, and were provided with table space to play a roleplaying game, amidst a busy MTG tournament. Staff was really cool and we had a great time. The store has a really good selection of games, cards, toys, and other cool items. Five stars - we'll be back for sure!

I’ve been coming to Mad Alpaca Games for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the biggest reasons the local Pokémon community has grown so much. Matt, Alex, and Angelo do an incredible job creating a welcoming environment for everyone, whether you’re a brand-new player or someone who’s been competing for years. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about the community. They’re always willing to answer questions, explain rulings, help players improve their decks, and make sure everyone feels included. They don’t just run tournaments—they help build players’ confidence and encourage people to keep learning and getting better. I’ve personally seen the Pokémon community grow because of the work they’ve put in. Week after week, new players show up, and they’re always greeted with patience, respect, and encouragement. It’s rare to find a game store where the staff is this invested in helping people grow both as players and as part of the community. Matt, Alex, and Angelo are true professionals. Their knowledge of the game, fairness, and passion for the hobby make every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for a place to play, learn, or just be part of an amazing community, Mad Alpaca Games is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Went in to trade some pokemon singles for store credit. I wasnt prepared with prices I wanted, Alex went through them all and offered me fair value for the stack, more than I initially was asking for. Was able to get a bunch of new magic cards with some store credit left over. Alot of magic singles selection

Love this place! One of my favorite places to come for singles. Everyone’s always super nice too :D (also the wurmple card is the best)
