TREATED UNFAIR! On July 1, i came to this store for the first time and I bought an Xbox game (Battlefield 6) for $28, when I got home I noticed that it was for Xbox series x only! and I actually got an Xbox one, so on July 6 I walked in and spoke to one of the workers there and told him if he can help me out with a game that I mistakenly bought and I was looking for an exchange for another game even if it was a lil bit less for what I bought it for and just called it even, he told me that they don’t do exchange they only do trade meaning buying back for a cheaper price and told me to see the cashier, so I go to the cashier, than the first worker i spoke to, he send a female worker to tell the cashier that I wanted to make a trade with out letting me tell my story, it seems that the cashier didn’t care what I was saying and as he looking to the computer how much it will be for the game trade, he smile at the female worker like if they were gonna get over on me, than she told me that they will only give me a credit of $15 or $10 cash from a game that I bought for $28 mistakenly in there store, I just walked away, also Xbox one games are MIXED UP with Xbox one and not separated, they could’ve just helped me this one time, instead got greedy, they probably saw this color Latin men and thought let’s treat him differently. You guys just lost a good customer, I’m not just a gamer but also a collector of variety things, I will never go back to this store, and also categorize properly your items. Picture don’t lie!

Some of their pokemon card selection was way over market. Their sealed products were also scalper prices too. Customer service could use a little work too.

I never really leave reviews, I love this shop and have been quite a few times recently. The first time I have ever sold Pokemon cards was here and I got fairly ripped off. I sold a stack of roughly 15-20 cards, I had never sold before and was very unfamiliar with conditioning and pricing out old cards from my childhood. I was offered $205 in store credit. I trusted this place as I’ve been countless times and their prices on cards has always been right at market and fair. I accepted the $205 store credit, and not even two days later upon returning to the store, they had ONE of my cards listed in the case for $210. And multiple others ranging from $10-80. Mind you I got $205 in store credit and sold 15-20 cards. I don’t even think I got 50% of the value of my cards in credit. HIGHLY recommend being careful when selling your cards at the Plaistow location. Beyond upset, but thats what I get for being new to the hobby.

Cool place. Great selection of different cards. Prices are higher then I'd like to pay but you can't find anything for msrp.

Let’s Play Collectibles in Plaistow, NH is an absolute gem for Pokémon fans! The shop is owned by the daughters, and their dad helps run it — I had the pleasure of meeting both him and his mother, and they are some of the most down-to-earth, genuine people you’ll ever meet. You can immediately tell they truly love Pokémon and the community around it. I was thoroughly impressed with their sealed collection, especially their ETBs — an awesome selection! On top of that, their singles inventory is HUGE. And trust me, they have PLENTY to look through. In a market where products are so highly sought after, it’s refreshing to know there’s a reliable spot you can count on. I also felt like I got a great deal trading in my cards and was able to put that value toward singles I didn’t have yet, which made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! 🎉🔥
