Kruger Comics

Nice enough little card shop, but don’t let the name fool you. This is NOT a true comic shop, by most standards. Their focus is clearly on card games like MTG.

I found this shop while vacationing in South Haven. The staff were friendly and attentive. The first time I went I just browsed, I went back a couple of days later and picked up an Ashcan Edition comic and some Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Being new to the TCG hobby, one of the staff offered to show me how to play the game. Unfortunately due to my short stay, I couldn't take the time. I really appreciated the offer.

Nice little shop. Has a mixed selection of books, comics, and other hobbies. Magic the gathering selection was good, for a small town area. People seem nice and happy to hangout and play.

We are from out of town and had a Magic the Gathering itch, and Kruger Comics was there to accommodate. They had a great selection of singles as well as bins to look through. Even better, the service was wonderful. We had a great experience. The two people working there were incredibly friendly and welcome.

Kind staff and it's nice to have somewhere inside South Haven still. I wasn't aware we still had such a shop since Hideaway closed our location. My one complaint is it seemed a bit dingy inside, it could use a bit more light and a strong cleaning to brighten it up. But the staff is kind and there seems to be a nice community there. They also have magic and manga as well as the comics, and a few other general "nerdy" things. Will definitely be going back.
