Keep It Cool Gaming

Great place and I have a lot of great memories here.

Seller ships damaged products and when you ask to return them they will block you. they sell on marketplaces and violate their policies. this is a scam tcg shop. be very cautious. the products are not as described. Edit: under tcgplayer it is said that keeping it cool gaming llc and the physical location, i understand you try and say you can refuse service, you are 2 entities. anything to not have to take a return on damaged product. tcgplayer took the cards and confirmed they were damaged and refunded me against your will since your broke their policies repeatedly. just a scamming tcg company. avoid.

seller is a liar and I had to send my order to the marketplace who then confirmed they were damaged and not of the same condition took 2 months to get a return scam business. avoid
