My uncle owns the store. He's worked really hard to make this a possibility, and I admire his determination in making it happen. He now has two locations. He has games of all kinds, cards to collect, characters to paint, etc. I've always loved going to his stores

Called asking about the availability of a game that was listed on his website as "limited stock". The price was 20 dollars. He agreed sending it to me (different state). After, he called again and refused to ship it, cause i tried to scam his, because since its out of print, it sells tor 150 dollars in eBay. Sad little storeowner, first time after many years i run into someone that rude and willing to scam customers.

Jumping Frog games is the closest thing to an "OG" gaming store in town. I've played so many games here and met so many friends. The owner Matt, does his best to make sure people are welcomed and does his very best at keeping the best prices in town in a time where it's so hard to find that. Not to mention he's affiliated with both Pokemon, Wizards, and Lorcana which is a feat in its own. Love this place!

I’ve been in this store multiple times. The last time I went in I bought some Pokemon Cards for the Journey Together release. I collect other items and felt judged by the person who helped me- I started collecting coins and I purchased 10 coins for $1 each- the person behind the counter said “you’re getting all of those?” In the most judgmental tone. My fiancé bought four booster packs. I was shopping in another store, and he came and found me and told me he found some. I walked in and asked what their limit was for the booster packs, and they said six per person. Are asked for six, and my fiancé Asked since he bought for earlier, can he purchase to additional booster packs? The person side, and switched up their tune when they were talking to their boss, as if we were an inconvenience. We figured it would be two different transactions. Because we collect- We asked my mother-in-law to purchase six packs, We asked HER how her experience was, And she said “ The person behind the counter seemed very irritable”. Every time we’ve come in this same person has appeared to be in an “unhelpful” mood, they’ve sighed when I’ve asked questions, or asked for a particular product in stock. Originally I thought this was a one time incident but the last 4 times we’ve shopped here they appear to not have a desire to sell. I don’t understand the unprofessionalism, or the lack of enthusiasm of working at a card shop.

The other three people who recently posted complained about being ostracized. After insulting players personally. Mocking employees. The “freedom of speech” that one of the reviews mention? Was calling people slurs. The prices are literally at the average. Not sure what they are on about the prices changing. The prices are announced and obvious. The store needs to be better cleaned.
