I was turned away by the “market” prices of everything in the store that are easily OVER market prices. I decided to give it one more chance for topps flagship football release day, just to see they were charging $60+ over MSRP for a box on release day. Every one of the other 5 shops I visited that day were selling at MSRP. This shop clearly does not care about the hobby or the community and is just looking to make an extra buck. Extremely disappointing and will be making sure to let everyone I know to avoid this shop.

The guys at this place…ALL of them are super cool, nice, honest, and are happy to help with any questions you might have. They love the hobby, are very nice to everyone, and the owner John is the absolute man! Go here, I promise you won’t regret it.

My boyfriend and I stop in whenever we are in the area. Seriously amazing customer service, relaxed/no pressure shopping experience, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff members! We get so excited to go in to see their stock, which is always rotating and updated to reflect fair market value. We’ve had so many great finds there and will always be loyal customers. You guys rock 🤘!!! - Kiwi (the dog) and her Paw-rents

John, the owner, said he'd be happy to make a deal with me for some boxes of cards that were moved to storage because, in his words, "they weren't selling enough to justify being in the store." But then over the next week, John treated me like I was some peasant for trying to buy his apparently unsellable merchandise, giving me slow and rude responses. He wouldn't give me prices, so I threw out a number to take 100 boxes off his hands. John then rudely replied that it was a lowball offer and he "wasn't sure what I was trying to accomplish but probably wasting both our time." I apologized for the misunderstanding (how could I know what number he had in mind if he didn't tell me?) and asked him to make me an offer. I never heard from him again...until I left a Yelp review to warn others. John then emailed me a rant that started: "I see you want to play games. Well I guess game on." Who says stuff like that? Are you threatening a customer? Look at the way he responds to the reviews where people call him out on his behavior. I would never bring my children around this "complete loser" and "clown." He sells the same stuff everybody else has, at the prices you can find on the internet or other stores in WA. Check out Card Exchange in Seattle, DJ's Sportscards in Renton, and NW Sportscards in Tacoma for a more respectful and affordable experience. And ignore whatever inaccurate and hateful response John is sure to leave underneath this.

Amazing store! On the outside I doesn’t look like much but the inside of the store is huge! They had LOADS of sports cards, including sealed product, singles, and slabs, They also had a great selection of Pokemon cards where I bought a Slab and an Ultra Pro 12 pocket binder, all for great prices. The staff were really nice and were always super helpful and always smiling. They were really flexible with prices as well. Would highly recommend this store if you’re looking for anything card related.
