Stopped into the Southside location to hit up their buying center and sell some tcg cards. Took 30 to 40 minutes,and they had an offer ready for me, on around 100ish cards. While waiting, wondering the store makes time go by pretty fast. Once their offer was ready, they called me back to the buying center. The offer being fair, and was in the ballpark I had expected, was accepted. Intent was to use that credit, and splurge on video games/accessories. Picked out an item or two at one location, paid in credit, and decided to head up to their newest store in Ankeny (credit can be used at any of their locations!) Anyway, their selection is top notch, and changes daily! Im still sitting on credit, that will be saved for another day. Jays has an amazing selection of so much more though, than just my afternoon experience between two of their locations. They have comics, sports cards/memorabilia, funko pops, vinyl/cds, dvd/blueray/movies, action figures, and so much more. We are lucky to have a unique chain of stores, with something for everyone, all under one roof.

First time going and I was greater right as I walked in and they offered assistance if needed. The store has something for everyone. Fair priced. Well stocked. And staff is really friendly and well knowledgeable. This will be my main location.

Jay's is truly one of the most unique and fun shops in the metro. They have a fantastic selection of unique items. I love taking my kids there and watching them explore. Jay is a great guy as well so that helps too! If you have not checked out Jay's yet, do so. You will love this locally owned business!
